We provide website design, website development, SEO audits, ongoing SEO optimisation, and related digital services. The exact scope of your project will be outlined in writing before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide all required content, access credentials, approvals, and information needed to complete the project.
• You are responsible for ensuring all content you provide is accurate and legally compliant.
• Delays in providing required information may extend project timelines.

3. Payments & Billing

• Projects may require a deposit before work begins.
• Remaining balances are due upon completion or as otherwise agreed.
• Invoices may be issued in NZD, AUD, or USD depending on your location.
• Late payments may delay delivery or suspend services.

4. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non‑refundable once work has begun.
• Refunds are only available if no work has started.
• Digital services cannot be “returned,” and completed work is non‑refundable.
• SEO results are not guaranteed; therefore, SEO‑related payments are non‑refundable.

5. Project Timelines

All timelines provided are estimates. Delays caused by client feedback, content delivery, or external factors may extend the timeline. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Revisions

Projects include a reasonable number of revisions, typically outlined before work begins. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Website Ownership

• You own the final website files once full payment is received.
• We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code used to build your site.
• Stock images, fonts, or licensed assets may be subject to third‑party licensing terms.

8. SEO Disclaimer

SEO performance depends on many external factors, including competition, search engine algorithm changes, and your ongoing content updates. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or sales outcomes.

9. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for any loss of revenue, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of your website or SEO performance. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project at any time.
• If terminated, all completed work up to that point must be paid for.

11. Third‑Party Services

We may use third‑party tools such as hosting providers, analytics platforms, or payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third‑party services.

12. Changes to These Terms
